Terms of Service

Equination.net (aka "EQ") provides users with an interactive entertainment service on the Internet. This is a virtual reality service and is not real. Any similarities with real life are purely coincidental. EQ is not an online betting or gambling service.

EQ provides both free and paid membership options to its players and reserves the right to alter the access and features available to all membership types at any time. All members have agreed to the Rules & Regulations when they created their accounts with EQ and are required to abide by these rules. Players are also responsible for keeping themselves apprised of any changes with the rules. Paying members are not entitled to any special treatment or leniency with respect to the rules and are expected to follow the rules, as is every player in EQ. EQ reserves the right to restrict or terminate the access of any player who fails to abide by the aforementioned rules and regulations.

Automated Access, Scraping, and Third-Party Tools. EQ is provided for use through the official EQ website and user interface. Unless expressly authorized in writing by EQ Administration, you may not access the service or any EQ data using automated means (including bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or similar technologies), nor may you create or use browser extensions, third-party clients, or external services that query, store, replicate, cache, or re-serve EQ data outside of the game. You may not attempt to extract data in bulk, request or create "data dumps," or otherwise reproduce EQ content or datasets. Any such activity may result in rate-limiting, suspension, or termination of your account.

No Commercial Use or Monetization Without Permission. You may not sell, sublicense, monetize, or otherwise commercially exploit EQ (or any EQ data, content, or services), including charging subscription fees for third-party tools built on top of EQ, without an explicit written agreement with EQ.

Payments. All payments and purchases related to EQ (including credits, premium features, memberships, or any other paid services) must be processed only through EQ’s official purchase and payment flows. Third parties are not permitted to handle EQ-related payments, subscriptions, or monetization in any capacity.

All information submitted to EQ is kept confidential and will never be sold or given to third-parties without explicit consent by the user. EQ is, additionally, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation and will not sign users up for mailing lists without the appropriate consent.

All members of EQ are responsible for their own password security and are encouraged to exercise best practices when creating passwords. [To learn more about password safety, please submit a support inquiry.] EQ is not responsible for the "hacking" of accounts or for any lost game data.

EQ Administration will never ask users to disclose any sensitive information such as passwords, credit card details, etc. Members are encouraged never to disclose this information and to immediately report any suspicious activity.

Equination.net only provides refunds to first-time purchases within 72 hours of order placement.
